We have done Yosemite before on the group. This time is little different.

Normally we do Valley Floor only, and the Giant Sequoia. We have figured out a way to spend our time more wisely, and do even more.

First of al this event is over a 3-day holiday weekend. Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon.

Fri July 2: Arrive when you can. Anytime after 1pm up to whenever.
Sat July 3: Explore High Country. (Hike 1)
Sun July 4: Explore High Country that you missed on Sat. (Hike 2)
Mon July 5 Valley Floor and Giant Sequoias then home.

For the High Country Part. We will divide by interest for different led hikes.
Planned Hard Hike 1 is to White Cascade
Planned Hard Hike 2 is Clouds Rest

Planned Easy Hikes
Olmsted Point 1000ft to the viewpoint, and find yourself basically at the top of the world, surrounded by granite and pines.

Tenaya Lake This place is perfection.. the water is so clear you can see straight to the bottom, and the rocks are high and flat enough to picnic on

Tuolumne Meadow Simply Sublime

May Lake For one of the easiest high country hikes with a big payoff in view you can’t do better

Planned Medium Options

North Dome Hike By far the best view of Half Dome. Provides an epic face-to-face view with Yosemite’s most iconic dome.

Planned Difficult Options
May Lake and Mount Hoffmann An unsurpassed hike for views looking down on Half Dome and Cloud’s Rest.

Cloud’s Rest Located just above Half Dome and displays the same panoramic view of Tenaya Lake, Half Dome, Mt. Hoffman, Sentinel Dome, North Dome, and bits of Cathedral Rocks and El Capitan, and Merced Lake. The hike is topped off with a harrowing finish on a narrow ridgeline with sweeping valley views.

Then we get ALL DAY MONDAY to do the iconic Valley Floor loop, Tunnel View, Bridal Veil Falls, Yosemite Falls, Ahwahnee Hotel, Giant Sequoias and more!!

About our site:
Our site is on grass (not dirt)
Clean maintained restrooms with flush toilets and free hot showers.
Restaurants and Grocery adjacent.
Super Civilized Camping.
Perfect for the beginner and first timers.

OK . . . Tell me about food and everything else. What's included?
The logistics of providing food for every possible diet, as well as food prep issues is just not feasible or safe.
Due to varied dietary needs and food contact issues, it's better if bring what you like and prep it. Stove not needed. There are super simple ways of cooking without making dirty pots and pans so you spend all our times washing dishes. Also . . . if there are communal stoves with every person touching . .. that's not sanitary to have a common touch-point.

The only specialized gear you need is Tent, Sleeping bag, Sleeping Pad (yoga mat).
Everything else is household items you already have.

Cost? For 4 days, 3 nights
Per Person $128.00
Payment Link
If you have a +1 or you are x2, just do the transaction twice.
Kids under 18 are free.

Covid Note:
